Indian launched Israeli Spy Satellite aimed at Iran

One of the world’s most advanced spy satellite with a camera that has capabilities to see through any weather conditions was launched into orbit for Israel by ISRO – Indian Space research Organization.  It is the most advanced satellite in its class and Israel had asked for Indian help to put it into orbit 3 years back.  The launch took place from Sri Harikota.

This satellite will keep an eye on Iran – specifically on the nuclear program.  Israel is worried on that front and through this, Israel gets a peek on that.

This launch also put India firmly on the Satellite Launching market map as one of the top runners!  Last year, ISRO launched an Italian satellite for USD 11 million.  In a market that is said to be USD 2.5 billion, India is competing strongly with US, Russia, China, UKraine, and European Space Agency!

Wait for ISRO to do with space launching what TCS and Infosys did with software programming.
