'Indigenisation Is The Best Guarantee Of Security'

As the world moves towards 5G, India knows the world leaders in 5G technology are eyeing its market. But security is a big issue since 5G is an ecosystem which will seamlessly link every household and office in this country. This is where the indigenous path to 5G is attractive. In this interview, Prof. V Kamakoti of IIT Madras outlines the path ahead and says India has major advantages: great human software capital, great hardware designers, all we need to work on is the manufacturing.
