Judge arrested Under Prevention of Corruption Act and Jailed
Hyderabad Police arrested Justice V Vara Prasad under Prevention of Corruption Act and produced before 14th additional magistrate in Ranga Reddy district court at LB Nagar. Earlier he was was remanded to judicial custody for 14 days in the same court. He is in Chanchalguda jai. He had assets worth Rs 3 crores far over his income.
