The MHA issued the notice after BJP leader Subramanian Swamy filed a complaint with it regarding Rahul Gandhi’s British citizenship. In his complaint, he said that Rahul Gandhi was a part of a company named Backops Limited which was registered in the United Kingdom mentioning his nationality as British.
Can Rahul explain why he set up a company in the UK and called himself ‘British’?
