In its recently released annual report, U.S.-based international watchdog Freedom House compared and contrasted the rights and liberties of citizens in various countries across the world and ranked them out of 100. India scored 75 while Pakistan scored 39. Coming to Kashmir, the report scored Jammu and Kashmir, 49, and PoK 28.
