On Vacation
“The price of life is eternal vigilance.” ― Graham Greene, The Heart of The Matter This weekend we are on vacation.
Indo-Pak relation is now back to square one, where we will again dialog with them the same way. The Pakistanis have played the obfuscation game well.. such that nothing has happened on the Mumbai Attack criminals.. and Pakistan has almost come “clean”.
Describing his meeting with his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh as a “major breakthrough”, Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani today claimed New Delhi was “convinced” that dialgoue was the “only way forward”.
“All core issues that were pending under composite dialogue should be discussed… That should not be bracketed with this Mumbai incident,” he told reporters after the meeting on the sidelines of Non-Aligned Movement summit here.
Now, again nothing will be done.. no one will be punished.. and we will now patiently wait … for another attack. Worse than the last one. We just accept Pakistani terror and don’t crush it. We dont measures at home, we don’t put pressure in their country.. we don’t some how make it REALLY expensive for them to pursue this path. We just love to get hit.
