Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder – Uncontrollable Orgasms without stimulation
Persistent genital arousal disorder (PGAD)

Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder is a rather strange health situation, where the vagina is aroused without sexual stimulation and may not be relieved by one orgasm.  It may take multiple orgasms over hours or days to relieve the situation.  It is spontaneous, persistent, unwanted and uncontrollable arousal.

In men, this is known as Priapism, where the penis remains erect for hours in the absence of stimulation or after stimulation has ended.

Sex is a taboo subject for most societies and many families. Orgasm fares even worse. It is a sensation that, as per, many spiritual beings is the closest replica of the state of total Union with the Infinite – something that can be witnessed being experienced by some of the girls entertaining viewers over on Babestation here – www.babestation.tv/girls/tanya. When the body and mind are in a suspended point and something beyond takes control. But to talk of sex and orgasm is a “bad thing” in most of the world (read Everlasting Orgasm).

Now in such a backdrop, many go through life without ever even getting acquainted with an orgasm. Of course, most of these never end up having a Union with Infinite either! So, they have never known that sensation.

And then there is Persistent genital arousal disorder (P.G.A.D.) earlier known as Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome (PSAS) By this disorder, these women have multiple orgasms – sometimes hundreds actually – in a day. One woman had 5 orgasms in 40 minutes, while another had 3 orgasms back to back.

It would seem as if this is due to or related to increased sexual drive (nymphomania or satyriasis), but it is not. Any woman could be afflicted with it – young or old, premenopausal or using postmenopausal hormone replacement therapy, married or single.

In history, people may have confused PGAD with insatiable sexual need and called it “satyriasis” or “nymphomania”.  However, the situation has less to do with sexual stimulation and more to do with genital arousal.

What is Persistent genital arousal disorder?

The situation is as if one is having sexual arousal without the drive or awareness of a sexual desire/provocation.

The main distinguishing features of Persistent genital arousal disorder (PGAD) are:

  • The physiological responses characteristic of sexual arousal (genital and breast vasocongestion and sensitivity) persist for an extended period (hours to days), and do not subside completely on their own.
  • The signs of physiologic arousal do not resolve with ordinary orgasmic experience and may require multiple orgasms over hours or days to remit. Those that struggle with this often enjoy the help of sex toys from places like Restricted21 – NAUGHTY PRODUCTS WORLDWIDE. They have a wide range of orgasmic solutions that could help out.
  • These physiologic signs of arousal are usually experienced as unrelated to any subjective sense of sexual excitement or desire.
  • The persistent sexual arousal may be triggered not only by sexual activity but also by seemingly nonsexual stimuli or no apparent stimulus at all.
  • The physiologic signs of persistent arousal are experienced as uninvited, intrusive, and unwanted.

Victims and Experiences of Persistent genital arousal disorder

These experiences can be very distressing for the victims, although at first for some it is fairly enjoyable. Like Sarah Carmen, 24, a British woman, recounts her early experience when it all started at age 19 after she took anti-depressants:

“Within a few weeks I just began to get more and more aroused more and more of the time and I just kept having endless orgasms. It started off in bed where sex sessions would last for hours and my boyfriend would be stunned at how many times I would orgasm. Her boyfriend thought it was something out of a porn video from websites like https://www.watchmygf.xxx/ with how often and intense she was orgasming. Then it would happen after sex. I’d be thinking about what we’d done in bed and I’d start feeling a bit flushed, then I’d become aroused and climax. In six months I was having 150 orgasms a day-and it has been as many as 200.”

Sarah is a hairstylist and small things like the whirring of hairdryers and skincare gadgets can turn her on and start the affliction.

Heather Dearmon, 34, of South Carolina, is a stay-at-home mom was just 21 and pregnant when it started. First they thought it was because of the pregnancy. But then even after the birth of her son, it didn’t stop. Soon, her life became a living hell.

Doctors, including psychiatrists, couldn’t come up with an answer for Dearmon, either. She became suicidal. “My whole life had been altered. I couldn’t even go out to lunch with friends,” she said. “To achieve three consecutive orgasms takes a long time. I felt my whole life being robbed.”

There is no particular treatment as yet. Some women try to take care of it by having increased sexual activity. Women who enjoy sex while working at websites like teentuber probably understand this all too well. Indulging in sex for a living will certainly increase the frequency of sexual activity. Michelle Thompson, 43, a single Mom, for example, has had relationships with men where most of them gave up and were tired but couldn’t keep up with her demands. She wasn’t interested in going down the porn route because she found her guy who is as eager to indulge as she is. And he happens to be her neighbor, Andrew Carr, 32. Both of them can make love 10 times a day.

“Andrew has changed my life. I’m no longer looking for a cure for my orgasms – I’ve found it,”

So, instead of fighting it, Michelle chose to enjoy it.

Conclusion

Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder has been recently understood and its study is in a very nascent stage.  That is why there is really no cure as of now.  For now, the treatment of this disorder consists of extensive psychotherapy, psycho-education, and pelvic floor physical therapy.

However, that is not a cure for Persistent genital arousal disorder. It will take time for medical science to get relief to these women without them going through the uncontrollable situations.
