The first batch of Afghan diplomats being trained by India and China separately in their first joint project for Afghanistan has begun its sessions at the Ministry of External Affairs’ Foreign Service Institute in New Delhi. The joint venture is going to lead to more projects in Afghanistan, China’s Ambassador told SNI.
