The time before sunrise is called the Brahma Muhurta. It is the best time for spiritual practices. The entire process culminates with welcoming the sun. How significant this time is, is explained here by the Enlightened Master Sadhguru himself:
If you are looking for dramatic spiritual progress, you must do your yogic practices before sunrise, which usually means starting the practices at the Brahma Muhurta, which is at 3:40 a.m. At that time, there is a certain process that you will become naturally conscious of if you do your practices in a certain way. If you are doing yogasanas, once your biology adjusts itself to the planet’s biology, every morning, you will wake up by yourself between 3:20 and 3:40.
Waking up and being in the presence of the rising sun gives you vitality and energy to go through the day with a vigor that those who miss those moments will not realize. Arthur Conan Doyle’s legendary character Sherlock Holmes explained thus:
“How sweet the morning air is! See how that one little cloud floats like a pink feather from some gigantic flamingo. Now the red rim of the sun pushes itself over the London cloud-bank. It shines on a good many folk, but on none, I dare bet, who are on a stranger errand than you and I. How small we feel with our petty ambitions and strivings in the presence of the great elemental forces of Nature!”
I wanted to share some truly stunning pictures of a Sunrise for all to enjoy and get the motivation to wake up early in the morning to see how beautiful the nature looks.
Over recent years, a pattern of slander and character assassination against Sadhguru has emerged from the top ranks of Art of Living. Ignored until now, this has escalated into a coordinated, well-funded campaign. It demands scrutiny. This piece confronts it directly.
Over 400 million people are congregating in one city looking to find the truth about eternal and immortal life. They are seeking liberation. The greatest spectacle in human history is underway!
Everyone has predictions for 2025. Astrologers are sharing what is in store for us. But will we be defined by the stars or can we raise our consciousness as humanity? Let us shape ourselves and this year in our own way!
World is changing. So is global consciousness. As people in areas ruled by Abrahamic belief systems reject their faiths and seek meaning to life afresh, the ancient gods are rising again.
Disparagement humor is a built and financed weapon. It boxes a people with a label, hardens the label into stigma, and makes the sacred laughable until a civilization forgets why it was worth saving. Rome never learned this lesson. However, India needs to. Ask - Who is paying for the laughter?
India's exam crisis is real. NEET leaked. JEE was hacked. CBSE's answer sheets were blurred. But the movement built on student anger arrived too organized, scaled too fast, and demands regime change — not reform. A sixty-year-old doctrine explains exactly what is happening.
The post-Cold War order is fading, but the next world order has yet to emerge. As America, China, Europe, and Russia reposition for an uncertain future, old assumptions are collapsing. This is the story of borrowed power, strategic decline, rising rivals, and a world caught between eras.
For eighty years, the cross and the agency have traveled together. Missionaries mapped territories, pacified populations, and laundered political operations as charity. When India asks where was the money used, Washington sends a Secretary of State to make the question stop.
