Hubby on sale and married relationships

These days the marriages are under pressure.  Both the spouses are working – given the economic conditions – although their expectations and value systems are still out of the last century.  So, some get put off and some try something new to keep it revived and some just carry on a dead relationship for some reason or the other (kids, status, money etc).

Well, one lady in Australia Sonya Semmens has put her hubby Cameron – a poet – on sale for $25,000.  What will the buyer get?

one year’s patronage of Semmens, a book of poetry dedicated to him or her, a complete set of Semmens’ catalogue of works and acknowledgement of their support at performances

Cameron is sad at his situation – because there is no money in the area for his skills.  As he puts it:

“There’s no money in poetry, but then there’s no poetry in money either,”

Well, managing married relationships at close distance is tough enough, but when they are at long distance – then its even tougher.  Well, if you are one of those going through such long distance ones – here is a quiz to see if you have something worthwhile working for you or not..
