When a social ill, despite all the money and visible effort, increases as opposed to decreasing, then you must check the hand which supposedly fights that evil.
For, the problem is right there. Either of Commission or omission.
The problem in today’s world is that the fetish of values has been sold all too well. So bloody well, that you do not need to know the facts or truth anymore. You find the one who shouts the loudest and in the most floral words around you and you will know that he will win the battle of being the holy one!
For, the world has been taken over by an ethos where belief and spin of words have more importance than the Truth.
Where people “think, therefore they are.” Those with Alzheimers may as well be cut in pieces and thrown away. If rearranging a few memories, for that is what the act of thinking is, was existential to us, then those with loss of memory would have been useless decorative pieces. But every one who has been around someone who has lost his or her memory knows that there something more, far far more at work than a few nerve endings which connect to relay the past faithfully so you could feel great rearranging that.
Truth, the real us, lies beyond belief and thought. It is beyond even every particle of matter.
In a major shift in the Indian government’s rules of engagement, the Indian government has backed French President Emmanuel Macron on his effort to eradicate Islamist fanaticism in his country. Also, the Indian government simultaneously denounced the utterances by the Turkish leader Erdogan on French President.

France has started the first push back to the Islamists in Europe, and indeed around the world. Here, a recent incident where, while the Muslims converged on the street for their namaz, the French started singing their national anthem. This doing prayer on the street is not a requirement in religion. It is a way to show their strength and humiliate the hosts by snubbing their nose. Something that beef was used in India for.
Turkey and France have been at loggerheads for quite some time now. The Armenia-Azerbaijan war, the conflict in Mediterranean sea between Greece and Turkey and help from France - it was all there. This battle was exacerbated due to Turkey’s radical take on France’s progressive asseriveness on values of Freedom and expression.

A recent 2,200-page report, "Banlieue de la République" (Suburbs of the Republic), investigated the four "i's" of social identity within France today - Islam, immigration, identity and insecurity.
The authors of the report show that France, which has between five and six million Muslims (France has the largest Muslim population in European Union), is on the brink of a major social explosion because of the failure of Muslims to integrate into French society. The report also shows how the problem is being exacerbated by radical Muslim leaders who are promoting the social marginalization of Muslim immigrants in order to create a parallel Muslim society in France that is ruled by Sharia law. Macron’s speech on October 21 left no doubt about his resolve and where France under him was headed.
He even went ahead and tweeted a message in Arabic on how France will defend free speech and rational debate and not give into radical Islamist ways.
Macron may be the first and really speaking the only European, or even world leader, who is talking straight and directly about the dangers that fanaticism and radicalism of Islamists poses to his country’s society.
As was expected, he is being vilified by many.
That is why when the Indian Government backs him up, you know that a new alignment is in the making around the world.
Something very sinister is going on in the world of NGOs and “human rights” these days.
In a story by Guardian, its writer is talking about rampant sex trafficking that goes on in the UK and how Romanian women are being pushed into prostitution in the UK.
Campaigners claim there is mounting evidence that thousands of women are being coerced into sex work each year after being lured to the UK by criminal gangs intent on exploiting its relatively liberal prostitution laws.(Source)
For some reason, prostitution has over the last few decades become something respectable called ‘sex work’.
These so-called ‘sex-workers’ are a product of sex exploitation. So, those who try and differentiate between sex work and exploitation are basically trying to somehow normalize prostitution over time.
The most obvious reason why the phrase ‘sex work’ that is brandished around by so many NGO-wallas is so sick and pathetic is that what happens to these women and what they do is neither sex nor work! It is rape, slavery and exploitation!
This normalization of sexual exploitation and trafficking has come to such a ridiculous stage now that even child trafficking victims are now being called “child sex workers”.

Child sex workers? Really? These are children who are being abused by inhuman groups of people - including politicians and celebrities, as was seen in the Jeffrey Epstein's case and now in the Hunter Biden scandal. They are not workers! They are unfortunate trafficked and abused kids who need to be taken care of!
And it is not like this attitude in the United Nations is a one-off thing. It is common knowledge that sex trafficking and exploitation is very deeply intertwined into the UN Peacekeeping mission activities.
When Kathryn Bolkovac, the writer of “The Whistleblower” which inspired a major motion picture of the same name in 2010, clearly exposed this rot.
In an interview, she points to how United Nations, once a passive and silent witness of such crimes being perpetrated from under its own roof has subsequently transitioned into an active participant in a very overt manner.
What happened in Bosnia to the victims of human trafficking in the 1990s and 2000s is quite similar to the Central African Republic scandal: Specifically the abuse of vulnerable populations by organizations who are created and bound to protect, and the continued scandals surrounding the UN botched, covert and now overt, attempts to remove, terminate and discredit those who blow the whistle on their deeds. The terms cover-up and whistleblower are common within the walls of the United Nations and peacekeeping missions.(Source)
And Kathryn says clearly that the criminals and the victims were largely known. As opposed to punishing the guilty and putting them out of social circulation and in jail for good, these culprits were put back into other missions or sent back to their countries and the situation was ‘diffused’. The problem remained as is and the exploitation continued. For, such exploitative rings are never about individuals, but about gangs that go across many organizations and countries.
There were many cases, but they were never prosecuted: Young girls from Romania, Ukraine, Moldova and other Eastern European countries being brought in to service the UN and military bases as sex-slaves. The cases involved the officers from many foreign countries, including the USA, Pakistan, Germany, Romania, Ukraine, government contractors, and local organized criminals.(Source)
The entire holier-than-thou NGO world escapes scrutiny and full application of the law by pushing their haloed credentials and well-crafted high-sounding missions.
The fact is that many have been involved in human and worse, child trafficking!
Recently, NGOs in Greece were found assisting in human trafficking.
This is an important part of government investigations into NGO activities. This is while it is expected – as revealed by To Vima – at least 10-12 members of three NGOs will be prosecuted. They will be prosecuted for their actions in Lesvos where they helped facilitate human trafficking by helping smugglers avoid Greek Coast Guard vessels and other controls of the Greek security authorities. The specific case was formed after a three-month investigation by the Greek police and the National Intelligence Service, which managed to recruit illegal immigrants to obtain information about the ways NGO’s facilitate human trafficking with criminal smugglers through messaging apps.(Source)
In another instance in 2007, French NGO members were arrested as they were taking over 100 children out of Chad while calling them orphans from Sudan’s war-torn Darfur region. The authorities found that these NGOs were involved in child trafficking as opposed to “rescuing” them!
Some media reported that the children - aged one to 9 according to the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) - were orphaned and sick and being evacuated to receive health care. One humanitarian worker in Chad told IRIN some of the children had bandaged limbs. But later UNHCR said the children were found to be in good health. The Chadian Minister of the Interior and Public Safety, Ahmat Mahamat Bachir, told media the children were not all orphans. Some of the children are believed to be Chadians, but UNHCR and other bodies have yet to complete verification of their origins.(Source)
All this was being done under the aegis of the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR). Look at the cheek of these low-lives - a Paris-based organization, L'Arche de Zoé (Zoé's Ark) wanted to evacuate 10,000 of such “orphans” (who weren’t)! In fact, they even had “documents showing that the children were orphans”.
The facts of this case were that both Chad and Sudan do not allow international adoption. So, under what authorization was this French NGO under the UNHCR blessing able to traffic so many kids?!!! (Source)
This is why when UN organizations come together to do discussions and seminars or write policy documents that push for “career-handling” type sessions for ‘sex-workers’, you do feel like questioning them. Is it really about those unfortunate human beings who are being exploited? Or is it a way to normalize sex exploitation and allowed to proliferate? Is it really about helping to save as many women, men, and kids as you can, or is it about making everyone comfortable with this “framework” where young girls and boys can be exploited, while all that UN and NGOs will do is to provide them outreach! Whatever the bloody heck that is! (Source) I don’t know about you - but given the situation of cover-ups and compromised world of NGOs where they perpetuate as oppose to alleviate the situation for the exploited human beings, the write up below seems more like a mission statement of pimps and not an organization which aims at ending exploitation! Basically, they have normalized prostitution and now want to see how its victims can be “helped” to continue!

More Rafales on the way: The Indian Air Force’s strike capability is set for a boost with 16 Omni-role Rafale jet fighters to be inducted into the Golden Arrows squadron by April 2021 and with France’s biggest jet engine maker Safran ready to make fighter engines and ancillaries in India. Five Rafale jets flew to the Ambala airbase via Abu Dhabi on July 29 and have already been inducted into the IAF’s Squadron 17. The next batch of three Rafales will arrive in Ambala on November 5 directly from the Bordeaux-Merignac facility (there will be no stop as they will be fuelled mid-air), according to senior government officials. Seven Rafale fighters are already being used for IAF fighter pilot training in France. (Source)
Major raids in Kashmir: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday conducted raids at multiple locations in Srinagar, including the office of Greater Kashmir newspaper and the residence of human rights activist Khurram Parvaiz in Sonwar in connection with ‘unaccounted funding’. The offices of NGO Athrout are also being raided. The NIA has registered a new case to probe into the fund-raising activities of the NGO — who are funding them and where the funds are being channelized to. Hawala racket, misappropriation of funds, and terror funding are some of the allegations against these NGOs, officials said. (Source)
Royal snub to Pakistan on Kashmir: Saudi Arabia and Iran, the Sunni and Shia shoulders of Islam, refused to allow Pakistan missions to hold public events to observe the 27 October anniversary of Jammu and Kashmir’s accession to India as a Black Day, a departure from previous years that signals Pakistan’s shifting equations in West Asia. People familiar with the matter said the Pakistan embassy in Iran had proposed an event in Tehran University to observe what it has called a Black Day. But Tehran surprised Islamabad when it communicated its refusal to allow the event. The embassy later settled for a webinar, clearly a sign of Imran Khan government’s growing desperation for its failure to garner support over India’s abrogation of Article 370 in Kashmir. Islamabad’s plans to hold a public event within the Pakistani consulate in Riyadh were also blocked by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (Source)
Telecom tariffs unsustainable: Prices of data and voice services need to be increased as the current levels of the tariff are unsustainable, Bharti Airtel Ltd chief executive Gopal Vittal said on Wednesday. Vittal, who was addressing investors at a post-earnings conference call, did not give a timeline on the tariff hike but expressed confidence about a price rise in the future. He said the telco aims to achieve an average revenue per user (Arpu) of ₹200 and ₹300 eventually. (Source)

There is a new brand of poetry recitation that has suddenly become quite popular and it is obvious why. It is delivered in a beautiful way. Prose really, soft music, and well-written. Even when it trods down the familiar themes of love, break-ups, and heart-aches, it does have a novelty about it. Two channels on YouTube - Unerase poetry and Spill poetry are the ones sharing it.
All languages are beautiful, but I really wish and hope more Hindi was used and poetry in that language was written for such platforms as well.
