In an effort to reach out to the kids directly and impart values through the use of non-formal means of education Srijan Foundation used tree plantation to pass on a message about global warming and a movie to help kids understand the importance of hard work and education.
All the trees planted during the plantation drive were species native to Delhi such as: Dhaak, Pahadi papdi, Doodhi, Goondhi, Kaim. Special thanks to the IAMGurgaon team for helping us with that.
